Mike and I worked together when he was assisting a New Zealand company with establishing their US entity. Mike assisted with their legal and tax advice, as well as supporting their US banking needs. He also worked on their US Distribution Center location and with HR support related to hiring and benefits. Mike has a very solid business background and collaborates well with people at all levels.
